
Believe it or not, it is because of my back issues that started my yoga journey. Yoga is the only thing that keeps my back from going out. I have ghosted my chiropractor! It is my passion to help others reduce the discomfort from their back problems.
I will only work with 5 people at a time so that I can give you personalized instruction.
